Francesco Facchini is a chartered accountant and auditor.

He is a founding partner of Studio Tributario Associato Facchini Rossi & Soci, which in June 2019 was renamed Studio Legale Tributario Facchini Rossi Michelutti.

An expert in both Italian and international tax law, he specialises in:

• financial transactions;
• M&A and corporate restructuring;
• tax disputes;
• the tax system concerning natural persons.

For many years he has fulfilled duties on the Board of Statutory Auditors, including the role of Chairman, for numerous companies in a variety of business sectors.
