Our ideas and actions address sustainability in its three dimensions: Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).
Environmental
Even though the service sector where it operates is not traditionally affected by major environmental concerns, the Group remains very mindful of issues such as saving of resources (energy and water), recovery and recycling of materials and reduction of emissions to safeguard the well-being of future generations.
Social
Cerved supports individuals, businesses and institutions. To do so it draws on a number of factors, including diversity & inclusion, data security, customer welfare, activities to support disadvantaged children and young people, and free analyses and research sharing. Moreover, it assists institutions and policy makers in taking economic, political and legislative decisions, improving the financial transparency of the banking system and the national economy.
Governance
Cerved adopts control and management systems and procedures to comply with legislative requirements and satisfy stakeholders’ needs. To do so it has defined a set of values and rules of conduct to be followed by all those working for the Group. This is how it ensures the excellence, continuity and safety of its actions.
