2021 Financial Calendar
San Donato Milanese, 3 December 2020 – The Board of Directors of Cerved Group S.p.A. (MTA: CERV, the “Company”), the largest information provider and credit servicer in Italy, in compliance with existing regulation, announces that the 2021 Financial Calendar has been approved today and foresees the following events:
- February 11, 2021: release of selected preliminary 2020 full year consolidated results;
- March 25, 2021: approval of the Annual Report as of 31 December 2020;
- April 27, 2021: Shareholders’ Meeting to approve the financial statement as of 31 December 2020;
- May 12, 2021: approval of the Interim Report as of 31 March 2021;
- July 29, 2021: approval of the Semiannual Report as of 30 June 2021;
- November 12, 2021: approval of the Interim Report as of 30 September 2021.
