Adoption of the new Corporate Governance Code of Borsa Italiana
San Donato Milanese, 20 January 2021 – The Board of Directors of Cerved Group S.p.A. (MTA: CERV, the “Company”), the largest information provider and credit servicer in Italy, has today resolved, with the favourable opinion of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, to adopt the new Corporate Governance Code for listed companies, approved by the Italian Corporate Governance Committee promoted by Borsa Italiana and published on 31 January 2020.
