Cooptation of a new independent board member
San Donato Milanese, 24 June 2018 – The Board of Directors of Cerved Group S.p.A. (MTA: CERV, the “Company” and previously Cerved Information Solutions S.p.A.) – the largest information provider and credit servicer in Italy – following the resignation of independent non-executive board member Ms. Giulia Bongiorno, upon indication of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee and favourable opinion of the Board of Auditors, communicates that it has today appointed, pursuant to article 2386 of the Italian Civil Code and article 13.11 of the by-laws, Ms. Simona Elena Pesce as independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors.
