Expiry of the exclusivity granted to Intrum for the disposal of the Credit Management division
Cerved Group S.p.A., San Donato Milanese, 21 March 2020 – Reference is made to the press release dated 16 February 2020 to communicate that the period of exclusivity granted to Intrum Italy S.p.A. for the negotiation of the potential divestiture of the Credit Management division has expired on 20 March 2020, therefore the underlying talks have been interrupted in the light of the current economic and financial situation attributable to the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency.
