Milan, 9 January 2017 – Following what announced to the markets on the 10th of November 2016 upon publication of the 2017 financial calendar, with reference to the “additional periodic financial information”, Cerved Information Solutions S.p.A. (“Company”) (MTA: CERV) – parent holding company of the Cerved Group, the largest information provider and credit servicer in Italy – confirms that it will continue to approve and make available to the public, in addition to the annual and semiannual reports required by article 154-ter, paragraph 1 and 2, of the Legislative Decree 58/98 (“TUF”), also the “Interim report on operations” for the first quarter and the first nine months of each fiscal year, according to terms and forms already used.
