San Donato Milanese, 20 March 2019 – Cerved Group S.p.A. (“Cerved” or the “Company”) announces that the shareholder Gruppo Mutuionline S.p.a. domiciled in Milan, Via Felice Casati 1/A, owner of 5,860,000 Cerved Group S.p.A.’s ordinary shares, equal to 3.001% of the Company share capital, has filed the following list of candidates to renew the Board of Directors:
