Change to the financial calendar 2017
San Donato Milanese, 18 July 2017 – Pursuant to Article 2.6.2, paragraph 1.b) of the Regulations for Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A, Cerved Information Solutions S.p.A. (MTA: CERV) – parent holding company of the Cerved Group, the largest information provider and credit servicer in Italy – announces that the approval of the Semiannual Report as of June 30th 2017 will take place on July 28th 2017, and not on July 27th 2017 as previously announced.
