San Donato Milanese, 18 November 2021 – Reference is made to the press release dated October 13, 2021, please be informed that, at the end of the relevant regulatory proceeding, Cerved Group S.p.A. (the “Company”) received a communication from the Prefecture of Milan concerning the occurrence of the transfer of the authorization pursuant article 134 of the Italian Code for Public Security for the activity of investigation and research on behalf of private entities, exercise provided for by art. 5 paragraph 1 letter. B of the Ministerial Decree 269/2010, from Mr. Gianandrea De Bernardis (current Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company), to the director, Mr. Luca Peyrano (ref. license Prot. N. 14194/12B15E / Area I OSP. 16.11.2021).
Such transfer occurs without any interruption, granting full operativity to the Company and the Group.
